Parents Faith Education

Parish Sacramental Programme

Our Parish Sacramental Programme is parish and family-based and supports and recognises parents as the first educators of their children in the faith.

We invite you, the parents, to be part of this programme in preparing your child/dren for the Sacraments of Reconciliation, Confirmation and First Eucharist.

The overall co-ordination and administration of the programme and enrolment is managed through the Parish Office, and is led by a wonderful team of volunteer parishioners.

This programme basically prepares the children of the Kedron worshipping Community to celebrate the Sacraments of Penance and the two final Sacraments of Initiation – the Sacraments of  Confirmation and Eucharist.   

 

Cupcake Morning Tea after 7.30am or 9.30am Sunday Mass on 12th September

 As many families have their own celebrations after the First Eucharist masses, the parish invites you to a special morning tea to celebrate full initiation into the church community.

If you choose to be involved, this is a wonderful opportunity to support your child in their religious development.  Within the parish there is a team of people who will support you in this faith journey.
